How many students are there in your group class?
Usually group class sizes range from 2-4 persons.
If I am on a business trip or cannot be attend class as schedule, how could I do with my missed class?
For group class, you need to attend class as schedule. If you cannot attend, lessons will still be given to other students in the class. Thus, your learning hours will be deducted accordingly as if you had attended this missed class. You could also choose to take one-on-one tutoring for make-up lesson to catch up your class. For private class, prior notice should be given 5 hours ahead of schedule, otherwise your learning hours will be deducted as if the lesson had been taught.
If I am not satisfied with my teacher, what options do you offer?
If more than half of the students in one class feel unsatisfactory about teacher, we promise to appoint another teacher. If only one of the students is dissatisfied with the teacher, the student will be arranged to another class of same level.
If my schedule changes and I cannot attend my group class, what happens with my remaining hours?
You have four choices : 1 make up your remaining lessons with the next session of class
2.shift your remaining hours to private tutoring.
3. The tuition fee for actual study hours incurred, together with 15% administration fee will be charged while the balance will be refunded.
Do you offer students accommodations?
Yes, we can help our students arrange accommodations as they require. You could first tell us your living needs and how long you expect to live in Shanghai. We could arrange you to stay in hotel, motel, service apartment or regular apartment. Please contact us 15 days before you come to Shanghai.
Are there any after-class activities held in Mandarin Forest?
We will hold after-class activities monthly for our students in order to foster their appreciation of our Chinese Culture in order to make deeper understanding of China. Some culture class will be held irregularly, such as Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Painting, Paper-Cutting. In addition, Chinese Corner will be held every now and then to help our students make new friends in Shanghai as well as practice their Chinese language. |
